Orders

We pride ourselves on shipping your orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has been shipped. Please note: occasionally in-stock items may temporarily go out-of-stock. Rest assured that you will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of your order.

Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing prior to the processing of that order, which is usually within 24 hours. No modifications/cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.

Shipping

All orders by UPS. Shipping charges are added to the price of our products. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers. Please note that the delivery time is a estimate and it depends on the carrier, and may vary accordingly. Soon Technology is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the carrier. Soon Technology does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

International Orders

We ship internationally via UPS. Shipping charge will be added to the price of our products. It usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Additional time might be necessary for custom clearance. Additional imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Soon Technology is not associated with these fees. All additional fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for any customs duties or clearances for all shipments. All international orders are FINAL SALE. This means we do not offer exchanges or refunds and our Return Policy does not apply to international orders.

Sales Tax

Upon checkout, sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on any item (except items which are final sale) that is in its original condition.
For all return requests, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept any return/exchange request over the phone. We require that all merchandise be shipped within 30 days from the date your order was received.
Item(s) will be returned at your expense. The customer will pay the shipping cost for the returns and a restocking fee of 15%. For exchanges only will pay the shipping cost.
If the requests or returned merchandise falls outside the above timeframes, your return will not be accepted. We do not accept any return/exchange request over the phone.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Soon Technology reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, Soon Technology reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Soon Technology reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Out Of Stock

The stock changes frequently with the increasing orders, so maybe some item are not available after you finish the payment. On this situation, we will contact you and let you decide whether it could be replaced or cancelled to enable timely delivery. All excess payment including the shipping fee will be credited to your account. Please, make sure you leave the email address and phone number,if we can't contact you in 48 hours.
